Privacy Policy
We take your data seriously. This page explains what Admiral collects, why we collect it, and the controls you have over it.
What we collect
Admiral collects only the information needed to operate our platform: your name and work email when you create an account, the store visits and audit data your team submits, and standard device and usage information when you access the product.
How we use it
- To operate the product — authentication, syncing, and reporting.
- To improve Admiral — anonymized, aggregated usage trends only.
- To communicate with you about your account or product changes.
We do not sell your data. We do not train third-party models on your data. We do not share your audit records with anyone outside your organization.
How we protect it
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Admiral is SOC 2 Type II certified. Access is controlled by SSO, role-based permissions, and full audit logs.
Your controls
- Export. Download your data at any time, in JSON or CSV.
- Delete. Request deletion of your account and all associated records.
- Access. Review what we hold about you on request.
Sub-processors
We use a small, vetted set of sub-processors to run Admiral: AWS (hosting), Snowflake (warehousing), and Stripe (billing). A current list is available on request.
